Oh, we really love Lost! In our opinion, this is by far the best show in existence, but taste is like the butt, divided! The series contains the perfect mix of mystery, cool settings and interesting characters to make each episode an experience in itself, and since the series was launched we can honestly say that we have watched the whole series at least 5 times!
You’ve probably heard of the series, but if you haven’t, you should know that it’s about a plane crash on a desert island. Those who survive the crash soon realise that there is something strange and special about the island, and as the seasons unfold, we follow their journey and amazing character development.
The series is created by the incredibly talented Damon Lindelof, J.J Abrams and Jeffrey Lieber and features famous actors such as Matthew Fox, Evangeline Lilly, Dominic Monaghan and Ian Somerhalder.
True Detective
There are few detective shows as good as True Detective, if any. The series takes place over 3 seasons, but with different storylines and actors for each season. In the first season we find giants like Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson, in the second season Colin Farrell and Vince Vaughn take the lead roles, while season three is led by Mahersala Ali and Stephen Dorff.
This is undeniably one of the best series ever created in its category, but also among the best series in any category. It is not to be missed, especially season 1!
Hannibal
If you like the movie “When the Lambs Fall Silent” and its sequels, you will literally love the TV series Hannibal. The series is led by our very own Mads Mikkelsen, Hugh Dancy and Laurence Fishburne, along with many other great actors.
The series is about how Will Graham, a taciturn and extremely intellectually gifted teacher at the FBI who consults on various murders. Hannibal Lector (played by Mads Mikkelsen) is hired as the psychologist to make sure Will doesn’t get too close to the killers he’s investigating, and is eventually hired as a consultant at various crime scenes himself. But not everything is as it seems…
If you’re looking for an exciting and rather dark series, Hannibal is one of the very best ever!
